I am a lease driver with a brand new Peterbuilt truck which is "under warranty" according to USxpress. I have been charged for covered repairs and have been denied coverage on many other repairs. I have had some charges paid back but have had to fight for that to be done.They have stripped all the money out of maint. reserve and charged apprx. 1500 out of my paycheck.Had a towing bill of 780 that I have waited 7 weeks for they say they have to be paid back first. No one cares about the drivers. The person handling my concerns says that he has 68 people with similar problems. At this point it seems like a class action suit is in order. I am tired of being ripped off. Any other USxpress drivers out there with the same issues?? Not great company to lease from. They will take your money and not give it back!!
