Utalkunlimited AKA American Values Checking account ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I was seduced into authorizing a direct debit from my checking account for $3.95 one time. I was drawn by a $19.95 a month T Mobile free picture phone with unlimited this and that.
I figured I'd go over all the stuff and cancel anything I did not want.

You see there was some rif raf about American Values and Utalkunlimited offers that would come in the mail to look over for 30 days. The fact is within 3 days my account was debited $3.95 twice and $99.95 once for a total of $107.85.

I called American Values and they said they would cancel my Utalkunlimited which was supposed to be where the $99.95 charge came from. American Values claimed that I would have to file a refund application in order to get my $99.95 back. If they took it with ease shouldn't they have been able to replace it with ease?

I've not received a phone or anything yet, not even the refund application.
