Utherverse LLC Redlight Center Ripoff company, No regard for the customer, fraudulent product and false advertising Internet, Ontario

This is a scumbag company for a number of reasons.  First and foremost it has completely walked away from the concept "The Customer Is Always Right" and has forgotten that its the customer who pays them money.

Their terms of service is vague and hard to understand and their worldops@utherverse.com is very fast to ban for any and all actions deemed by the TOS to be inappropriate.  Which under normal circumstances is understandable, but this is marketed and promoted as an adult social community.

The company will try to steal the money of its customers instead of working out customer service issues and they use CCBIll, another scamming merchant processor who makes it very difficult to get your money back without charging back the purchase.

Brian Shuster, the creator of Utherverse is probably the best person in the company. But he has become disconnected from the community, and I think that quality of the entire Utherverse team has dropped. Worldops along with the many monetized microtransaction based minicommunities (WG community, VWW community, Business) makes this world a LARGE place to lose a lot of money.

The staff is in bed with long term members of the community which creates VERY real drama that usually ends in bans or suspensions and the company goes out of its way to constantly be involved in every aspect of the community.  Uthervere appears to hire social rejects who live their lives through "staffing" the community within Red Light Center.

I have experienced it all with this company over my 5 years with them.  False credit card transactions, disabled account features, stolen identification and verbal harassment from various members of the staff...all things done in spite for 'virtual' issues happening in a 'virtual' world.

Utherverse promises that all your information is confidential, but I believe that all customer information is sold to other adult companies.  Causing telemarketing problems, credit card problems due to CCbill (a known scamming merchant processor, but one of the few that services adult based products as a 3rd party)

 I believed in the product and supported Utherverse for many years.  As I do every major online community.  I am a 8 year paid member in Second Life, Achat, IMVU and I do believe this technology is the future.  But I believe Utherverse is one of those companies that will bring the entire industry down with its lack of customer commitment, poor staffing and technical problems.

The adult content promised in the virtual world has also become non-existent, in favor of microtransaction systems like the WG system and VWW system.  Every piece of marketing material this company has is a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose your money like I did. Do not support them, do not support anything this company is involved with.  The whole thing is a scam and you WILL regret supporting them in the short and long term.
