These people call you and say that they will pay your bill $100-$10000. 

Then they will ask you to pay the 50% amount to them via cash transfer to their account in USA.

They will actually transfer money, which will make it seem very legit.

But when you tranfer their money (50% of original amount), the amount that they have paid will disappear in 1-2 weeks, leaving you with nothing.

In the mean time, they will call you to ask for credit card information so that they can pay your card bill. They will probably pay your first bill, but will then hack your card and start using it for other pourchases.
