NWP Services Corporation Liars, Cheat out of money, Internet

We have been having serious issues with this company, NWP Services Corporation. Our apartment complex uses their services to process our water bills. They are a shitty company that are stealing our money and are incredibly awful in the customer service department. We moved into this building about 10 months ago. We received one water bill and paid it promptly well before it was due. Around 2 months later, we realized we had not received another bill, but at our last location, we received them every 2 months, so we did not think much over. At month three, we began to wonder how often we were billed, so we attempted to go online, found out we could access our statement that way and found out that not only were our bills NEVER SENT, but we were overdue, had been charged late fees, and to pay online right then, to avoid more late charges, we would have to pay ANOTHER fee for online payment. WTF. So, we emailed them and let them know that we have never received any bills in over three months. they were incredibly rude, sent what was basically a "fill in the blank email" and asked us to fill out a survey, refused to admit any fault and refused to retract any of the fees added to our account. Well, they took our information (even though they had our address on file already) and promised this would not happen again. We informed them that no, we want paper bills, NOT email, and do not want to pay online, only by mail. Well, it is now 6 months after the initial contact with this company, and we are STILL not receiving any bills, even though we have contacted them CONSTANTLY. They have told us out right that we are lying about not getting bills to avoid paying them. We WANT to pay our bills we are TRYING to pay our bills but we refuse to pay online and have another fee added, yet every time we contact them about receiving our bills, they tell us to simply "pay online." We have yet to see any bill or even a statement that we can print out to see exactly how much money they have added to our billing statements, and when we ask for the detailed information regarding our bill, they are insanely rude and say that they are "on vacation" or "out of the office" and will "get back to us later regarding this matter". After MONTHS of this, my boyfriend finally sent a rude email saying that he was contacting the BBB and said a few expletives. They responded with "We will not answer any questions or give you information if you continue to use foul language." They have stolen money from us month after month and are lying about sending our bills. They have even told us that the return address on our bills is our apartment complex's leasing office. We absolutely LOVE where we live and we have superior staff here and when we contacted them, they said they have not received any mail for us, and when they do, it is brought to us or we are given a call - which is true, happens every now and then. NWP are crooks and I wish we didn't have to go through them for our water billing.
