UWCS ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent, misleading, rude, contrived, false Puyallup Washington

I recieved a notification from UWCS promising a pre-approved credit card with a limit of $10,000 designed for people who are trying to improve their credit history. I have worked diligently on resolving my credit issues for the last four years due to a major car accident that left me with less than perfect credit. The promise of a fresh start sounded inticing, especially because there wasn't a lot of the fees that most credit cards tend to charge you these days. I wrote a check for the $37 start up cost and waited for the arrival of my credit card. I noticed through my on-line checking that my bank cashed the check on the 26th of June. By July 5th, the card still had not arrived in the mail, so I thought I would check on line when my card got mailed out. That's when I pulled up this website and found out I had been ripped off. I can't believe I fell for this scam. I'm filing this report so that others like me won't fall for the same story. Beware!
