V-One Limo Do not use

We used V-One Limo several times in the past for transportation to/from Sky Harbor Airport and our past experiences had been very good, i.e. timely pick-up and friendly, courteous and helpful drivers.  I was even thinking of buying one of their
packages to get reduced rates.  However our most recent experience has made me completely change my mind.  A few weeks ago we were returning from a week in Colorado.  When we arrived at the airport (10 minutes early) I immediately called the dispatcher to let them know we had arrived.  There was no answer at the dispatch number and the call rolled over to the primary V-One number and still no answer.  Over the next 35 minutes I tried to call the dispatcher 11 times and never had any call answered.  Finally on the 12th call the dispatcher answered.  I was very upset and told her we already had our luggage and when she asked why I hadnt called earlier I explained that I had been trying to call for nearly 45 minutes
and she never answered the call.  She shrugged off my complaint and said she would notify the driver but he was still
on another call and it would be about 15 minutes before he would get to the airport.  When the driver called to say
he was on the way he said he was given a pick-up time 40 minutes after the time on my confirmation.  When he finally
arrived he apologized and said he had been given a wrong pick-up time.  When we arrived at our home, in Glendale, I
left my camera bag in the car while I was gathering our luggage.  About 10 minutes after we arrived I realized I did not have my camera bag and I called the driver and he looked and confirmed that the camera bag was in the back seat. 
He was on his way to his next ride and said he would call back to let me know when he could drop of my camera at our house.  After another hour he called back and said he was completely booked until about 2:00am so he would drop off my bag at the main office and I could pick it up the next morning. 

The following morning I called the office and Victor, the owner, answered my call.  I told him about the camera bag and he confirmed that he had the bag.  I told him I wanted to come pick it up and he offered to have one of his drivers drop it off at our house.  He said I would have my bag by the end of the next day and seemed like he wanted to help me out and save me driving across town to pick it up.  Then he asked if I had any problems with the service.  I told him about our problems reaching the dispatcher and the error on the pick-up time.  He immediately became agitated and defensive and said it could not be his companys fault.  I told him he was wrong and let our conversation end.  I waited two days and never heard from Victor or any driver. 

On the third day I called and left a message that I had never received the camera bag.  I tried a couple more times the third day and never had the call answered or received a return call to my voice message.  Finally on the fourth day Victor answered and in a disturbed voice he said he did not have time to bother with my problem.  I told him I would come to his office and he said he did not want me in his office and he would mail the camera bag to me and I would have pay for the postage.  I told him to let me know how much the postage would be and then to ship it to me. 

I waited another week without hearing anything from him.  My wife then sent him an email explaining that we really needed to get our cameras back (there were three cameras in the bag with our pictures from our daughters college graduation).  Whenever I tried to call Victor would pick up the call the immediately disconnect. 

Finally after over two weeks we received the bag after paying $25 to have it shipped.  Victor Hurier obviously knows nothing about customer service and he verbally abuses his customers if the dare to make a complaint.  He does not deserve to be in a customer oriented business and I will do whatever I can (legally, of course) to make sure his business does not succeed.
