I was approached by one of the sales personnel over the phone and thou...ght I would give them a try. What a disappointment!
I was given false information from their employees, offered deals over the phone that did not exist. Turns out the employee had not checked with his manager to approve the deal. Had I not called in 3 times in hopes to reach management, countless hours explaining what had happened. I would have been charged for something I wasn't supposed to.
To add more insult to injury, I was double charged as well as not let known of the fact they had NOT cancelled my account after getting a confirmation from an employee.
This is a snippet of what I actually had to go through in order to recoup my money. There is a huge disconnect between management and employees making it impossible to deal with V12.
On that same note, V12 has a 3% fee of which does NOT show anywhere on their paperwork. They are simply taking 3% UNKNOWINGLY to all account holders. Is this the type of company you want to deal with? A company whom does not disclose all their charges? NOT ME!!
Please, please, please do NOT commit the same mistake I did. If they ever call, email or reach out to you. HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!!
