I just want everyone to know that if you buy anything from V2 Premier not to expect any kind of customer service or a product that is very good. We have had some problems with our computer from day one and when you call their support team, the only answer you get is to reboot your system. Through relatives who are working with computers we have learned how to work around this, not due to V2 Premier. They don't know their head from a hole in the ground.

We have had our computuer from V2 for a little over a year. Not long after the warranty goes out, the monitor goes bad. We have learned that a reputable company should pro rate a price for a new computer. When I called V2 I got a very snappy male who told me my warranty had expired 3 months ago and that I would have to buy another monitor. When I told him about prorating all he would say, not very courteously either, is that my warranty was out and I would have to buy a new monitor. Wal-mart sells better stuff this supposedly great company does. Wal-mart even offers a 3 year warranted not a 12 month warranty.

When I expressed this the male told me to go to Wal-mart then and buy a monitor. He was not going to argue with me and hung on me. V2 has terrible business practices and extremely rude people. These people will not even listen to what you have to say. I think they should be put out of business and have to refund money to everyone. They tell you this great story through these home shopping networks and make everything sound wonderful. Then when you actually get it in your home it is nothing but crap. These people need to be put out of business.

V2 Premier is ranking very high on a list of people that make you want to get even with them. One day someone may go "postal" on them and clean house. I don't think I would feel sorry for them. They use people to make billions of dollars. But the people get nothing in return: no help, no support, only crap and very rude disgusting people when you call their company. Put them out of business!

I purchased a V2 Premier computer off of the NBC Home shopping network. I bought the system because of all the "extras" put into the system, they make the computer directly and quoted themselves as having 5 ways of customer support plus the lowest return rate on the market.

I finally received my packages on separate days about 2 1/2 weeks later. The 7 minute set up did not happen as they said it would. It probably took most of the afternoon. Well I finally got it set up and the mouse and keyboard did not work. So I called Tech support, talked with one person and he deemed my mouse as faulty and to please call another number to ask for some kind of tag to get it replaced. When I spoke with a gentleman at this other number he trouble shooted some more and got the mouse to work correctly.

Now I am off and running with my new computer. I am so excited. This big wonderful 17" flat pannel screen with all this wonderful software to check out! After being on it for a short while (1 hour or less) my keyboard freezes up. Does not work. So I have to shut the computer off at the tower. The computer comes up fine. But the keyboard freezes up continually, even after I put in new batteries. This is not fun.

I then log on to the internet to get my email set up and my screen goes black and then comes back on. HMMM Did not know what happened but my connection was still there and I didn't lose anything. It happens again and again. So I call the 800 number again for customer service and they want me to unhook my new monitor, hook up my old one and see if it happens to that monitor as well. This will tell them if I have a "bad monitor" or a "bad tower". I told them to send me a packaging slip to return the whole system. They really wanted to troubleshoot the system but I said for $2,200 you should have trouble shooted before you sent it out to me like you said in your advertisement.

Problems with the mouse, keyboard, tower and monitor all within the first day of setting up the computer did not sell me on the product. I did receive the return packing slip and had only a few days to box everything up and send back. I am waiting now to see if they received the computer back (after I paid $55 to send their faulty system back) and if I have received a credit on my account. I guess I am glad I am only out $55. I could be out $2,200.

I did enjoy the AIPTEK video camcorder camera that was sent as the gift. That worked wonderfully! I will be buying that on my own!

i bought a v2premier from shop nbc. the company sent me the printer and the speakers frist not only was that disopinting the dam speakers they sent had no speaker cover the wire was snaped in half. finly like week later i got the monitor no tower. then anothier 2 weeks later i get the tower i set the computer up dam mouse wont work or key bord im so mad.

they were supost to send me papers and a lable to return speakers never got the the letter now today i got the computer i cant even use it and i never got the free web cam they promised either. now i got this new computer that i have never got to use after all the waiting all the money i paid . mouse and key board dont work broken speakers no web they promises im very mad next im gonna b***h about shop nbc

they scerwd my order up so bad they were gonna send me three of those computers and only order one they messed like 3 differnt times . im so mad i hope they didnt re credit my charge card dont ever shop at shop nbc i know ill never do it again and i paid over 2000 dollars 4 thier junk
