After watching shop nbc for months trying to decide on the v2premier computer. I finally bought it. After only six months it needed to be sent in for repairs. The second time it went for service the one year warranty was almost up so I bought the extended warranty.

After the computer came back the second time the monitor quit working. Even though my computer was in their shop twice already the monitor warranty expired one week earlier. With the extended warranty the computer has been sent away three more times only the last time they kept it.

They say they are giving me a cash buyout for $358. For a $2200 computer and $189 for the extended warranty. This computer never did work right. After eighteen months they want to buy it back for nothing, and the thing according to my paperwork is still under warranty.
