After 5 years of playing at Bingonet online bingo site, I and 3 others were permanently banned for alleged breach of chat rules in an uncensored chat room. We each of us had never been reprimanded or disciplined before. The history of bad business practices at this site are numerous. To name the worst, in March, April and May of 2004 I redeemed points for promised gift certificates from their site store.

In the course of 6 months, I was repeatedly told that shipment was eminent, meanwhile I still payed my monthly fees to play. At the end of that time, all players with pending shipments were told that they would not get these redemptions and their points would be added back to their accounts. They were having severe cash problems and they strung over 100 people along with promised shipments for at least 6 months and some even longer and I feel this was fraudulent as they kept collecting our fees every month and not delivering what was part of their advertising ploy for new members. We were told that by Feb. 2005 the "new and improved" store would reopen and be available to us. What a crock!

It did reopen, but only a limited supply of gift cards were available and less than 15 people were able to redeem for anyuthing. All who tried to redeem were angry and voiced their feelings about this and quite a few people left the site immediately and demanded refunds.
