VA Beach Correctional Center Unethical and Unprofessional - Virginia Beach Virginia

Va Beach Correctional Center has a bunch of sheriff deputies that are mostly retired Navy. These ex-navy people do very illegal and unethical things and show behaviors that violates the constitutional rights of inmates.

The Virginia Beach Correctional center Sheriff Deputiess talk to the inmates disrespectfully and also mistreat the inmates. Many of these deputies don't respect some of these inmates religious views.

The Virginia Beach Correctional center deputies will even lie to familly memebers of these inmates when they call up to the jail.

One example is Lawrence Terry Charles, he was attacked and cornered, since no deputies showed up he was forced to defend himself. The Sheriff deputies didn't find out about the fight for 2 weeks but when they found out they get mad because they didn't do their job to protect Mr.Charles so they threatened to throw him in the hole if he didn't press charges against the other inmate.

The problem with that is Mr. Charles doesn't want to be a snitch in front of the other inmates. So these are the messed up mind games that they play, knowing it would cause more harm then good if Mr. Charles would have pressed charges.

The Virginia beach correctional center deputies are real lazy, you ask them to do something and they will make up all the excuses in the world. What would take 5 minutes to do, will sometimes take a few days. Sometmes you have to get a family member to call up to the jail.

Mental health inmates get mistreated because many of them are mentally ill and don't know their rights.

Carol Hepburn and Adele O'Collahan misdiagnose inmates all the time. Inmates that are supposed to be in mental health are in regular population and Inmates that are supposed to be in regular population are in mental health.

Now you have some deputies, like the African American deputy Bryant and African American deputy Leacok and White male deputy Johnson and corprol Nal and sargent Wilson and deputy Asuncion are real unprofessional, real unethical and really disrespectful.

The Virginia Beach Correctional Center doesn't follow department of correction procedures. The Sheriff Deputies seem to do whatever they want to do, with no over sight from their boss Ken Stolle. For example, the deputies will tell an inmate that they can do whatever they want to them and that they can't do anything about it.

Many of these Sheriff Deputies, if you ask to call your lawyer, they will try to deny you knowing that your case depends on you speaking to your lawyer. There was one deputy that told an inmate that he could ony call him lawyer twice a month, which is a lie.

The Virginia Beach Correctional Center is corrupted and crooked, just like the virginia beach justice system.

You have many men sitting in this jail, innocent. These deputies, come in to work and take out their life frustrations on these inmates.

If your in mental health, they will get pissed off and lock you down for 23 hrs and 50 mins for no reason, without giving any explanation. Because many of the menal health inmates dont know their rights.

Deputy Hufftaker and another older spanish deputy with a bald head (not Rosario) are the only ones that actually do their jobs in mental health.

The Virginia Beach Correctional Center deputies don't care about the health and well being and condition that the inmates are in or living in. On top of the disrespect you have to deal with deputies attitudes. Like family members when they call the jail to ask questions they don't get direct answers and are lied too.

The Virginia Beach Correctional Center and Virginia Beach Sheriff deputies that work there are corrupt and evil people except for a few good men.
