The state of Virginia caseworkers have altered/tampered with court documents, account histories, and has commited fraud and possibly embezzlements against me.

they have four different account histories with payments missing garnisherments missing, tax intercepts missing, they have created fraudulent payment histories, and i have provided proof of this to the courts here in Ga. and they do absolutely nothing except make me pay a debt that does not exist and is fraudelent in manner, they have violated my rights and keep making excuses i have gone over all the records and found that there was never an arrearage as they claimed and in fact believe the case workers may have embezzled these funds exceeding 100,000.00 from me and the state of virginia.
