Va Merchants Tire #377 Nancy L. Trumbo Charged me $80.00 more than what they said it would be,refused to put white wall on the inside as i asked them to do,took an hour and 25 minutes after they pulled the vehicle in , to get started on i Harrisonburg, Virginia

To whom it may concern, I went to Merchant's Tire Co. to get 2 tires put on my vehicle they told me it would be$59.99 for each tire, I asked that the white wall's be put  in ,but instead they put them out.I figured my bill would be $120.00 plus taxes, when I got the bill it was $196.97, I told them they said it would be  what I explained above, the Manger Nancy Trumbo was very rude to me and pointed her finger in my face, I think this should be looked into and  I'am very disappointed with them, I think I should pay what they told me it would be, plus they could have gave me a discount for not putting my white   wall's in like I ask them to do.
