None of our dates were available, but then Hurricane Rita came and in January we were told we could get a refund of our deposit which was over $300.00.

I have an e-mail saying they received our request and that our check would be mailed out in the beginning of May.

It is now almost December and I can not get them to e-mail me back or return my calls.

Vacation America Certs, rebuttal to Carolyn's complaint

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 05, 2008

In January 2007, American Travel Network sent letters to it's members whom were currently owed money. As compensation, ATN was offering waived renewal fees, usually around $180 annually. For example, if a member was owed $300, ATN would have offered 2 years' waived renewal fees. If the member agreed, they were to return their signed letter to the Dallas office.

The following is the main email address: admin@aptrav.com. This email address accepts incoming emails and the response time is usually within a week.

Hope this clears up any confusion.
