Stay away from them. How can a company that you paid to advertise and sell your timeshare call you back on 3 separate occasions after you signed up, asking you if you want to sell your timeshare WTF???? Stay away as You will get contacted by CHRIS out of the blue one day and he makes all these promises, like, how long hes been selling timeshares and he never seen one go for more than a month before its sold and that its safe to put it on your credit card because the property will sell before the bill comes. LIES. Do not fall for it as i did. and they are persistant, they will call you over and over and over before you sign up but after they are like a ghost town. on the third occasion when a marketer called me mr hector rodrigues if thats his real name because he didnt even sound hispanic, he called me up and was telling me how much he would love to sell my timeshare, and im like wait a second i allready am selling my timeshare with you guys he freezes i tell him i want to talk to a manager because this is the third time this happened, he put me on hold and came back and said hes busy and he'll call me back, still waiting for that call since july 17th. Everytime i call i get put on hold no one ever comes to the phone. I called today 9/20 the operator answers how may i direct your call? i saidi need to speak to someone about the status of the sale of my timeshare, she says hold on ill connect you, person answers "how may i direct your call" again??? WTF????? I SAID I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THE SALE OF MY TIMESHARE, then i get put on hold no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. OH YEAH AND THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER YOUR EMAILS.

You should try timeshare cancellation

Timeshare cancellation is the real solution to get out of a timeshare. When properly cancelling a timeshare, there is no further strings attached to the resort. It is important (however), to know the rules of timeshare cancellation. There are lots of companies that just want to make an easy buck and will even guarantee to recover all monies paid... if you pay them an upfront fee. This is an extension to the original scam. Never pay upfront to sell, rent, donate or cancel a timeshare contract. Do your homework and investigate the company you will choose to assist you with the cancellation of your timeshare contract as there are many who will tell you (what you would like to hear in order to empathize with you and get your business.) whatever necessary to get more money out of you

Vacation Property Marketing & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

They were happy to take my $598 and made representations as to all the things they'd to sell my Royal Elite timeshare, but I have heard nothing for 5 years now! I did call a few years ago to lower my price to below the market price they had suggested, but still nothing, not even for the rental option. I really see it as nothing more than taking your money, and I was a fool and fell for it.
