vacation property marketing called us and said they had a buyer for our time share. and it wouldn't cost any thing to sign up with them  because they also had a renter that would pay $2,000 a week for the 2 week we had for rent. then they just needed a credit card to do the title search. so we gave them the card number.                                                                                                                                                                                       I called fl attorney general and they said if they want money up front they are a rip off. so I contacted them the next day and told them I wanted to cancel with them and mike lind said sure and gave me a cancelation  number and I faxed him the letter saying I wanted to cancel and there number . and they still ran the charge card.                                                                                                                                                                                            I have called them they never heard of mike lind . I told them I wanted to list with them that I had talked to mike lind  and liked him and wanted to deal with him  then they said wait and they would see if they could find him, and said just leave my name and phone number so he could call me back.                                                                                                                                                                                             If you have a time share to sell and some one calls and says they have a buyer do not give them a credit card number
