Vacation Resort Group Aka Vacation Resort Management SCAM SCAM SCAM they take your money and then ignore you and blame it on other companies Batavia Illinois

My name is Emily XXXXX and my husband Jason XXXXX and I purchased a timeshare with the Broomfield Colorado company location back in June of 2007. I have yet to receive any materials from the company regarding my timeshare or my ability to utilize any of my points with RCI. All I get is constant run around from the company. I called the customer service line and spoke with a very nice lady and she advised me all she knew was that RCI was behind from summer sales so I should receive my paperwork "shortly." I have spoken with Jim Brown in the Broomfield office multiple times and was also told he would look into it and have yet to hear back from him.

I was told when I purchased everything back in June that I would receive everything in August which was perfect. My family and I wanted to take a vacation this past October before my job went into its busy time for the next 6 months and then my husband will be in his busy time over the summer. So the only time my family can vacation is in October and now we can't even do that.

I am seriously disappointed and frustrated at the way things are being handled and am almost wondering if this is a giant scam that I need to report to the authorities. When I asked the customer service line for the name of the CEO of the company they refused and said that they don't handle customer issues. So I went online to the BBB website and low and behold saw multiple negative complaints about the company. I shouldn't say I am shocked. It even says the BBB membership was revoked and the Broomfield office as of January this year refused to take down the BBB plaque on their wall.

My husband and I have 3 children and we were planning on buying two more so we could have three total to pass on to our children. At this point there is no way I would purchase these from this company. I am usually a very quiet and patient consumer but after having this purchase for 6 months and hearing nothing from your company after multiple attempts on my part I hope you can understand my concerns.

Most recently I finally was able to talk to Trish Vida the customer service manager and she said she screwed and deeded the property wrong so that is why we were still waiting. She then said it was correct now and we should see our RCI points package very "shortly" Heard this one before. We are still waiting.

I have looked online at multiple complaint sites and they all have stories just like mine. I finally got a CEO name, Beth Valente, but she is too busy and doesn't ahev the tiem to handle our issues. I wonder how she sleeps at night knowing her companmy is ripping of families in America. Please anyone else who has this we need to do something this company will just keep taking our money until we stop them.
