Vacation Time International has also taken $699 from me!!! They promised me that they could rent out my timeshare and that they had lots of people inquiring about timeshares in the Orlando area. All I needed to do was to give them an upfront fee of $699 for lifetime advertisement. Once they had my money I never heard from them again. They would ONLY correspond by email and then there were no names only "client relations". They refused to answer any telephone calls once they had my money.

After two months I asked for a refund and promptly received an email saying NO - that I signed a contract. In their contract they promise to to pass to the owner of the timeshare any inquiries on the properties they adveritse on their website. So I put them to the test.

I sent four separate inquiries into rentals in Orlando and after each inquiry was submitted a box popped up and told me that I would soon received a confirmation email that the inquiry went through. Guess what - NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL and not one timeshare owner contacted me. I also inquired about my own timeshare to see if they would let me know that someone was interested in the time share and of course - NO ONE DID!!

Today I find that their phone numbers have been DISCONNECTED; I found out from another company in their building that they have BEEN EVICTED AND I found out through the Post Office they left NO forwarding address!!!.

This company not only has my money other people's money and cannot be found. Their President and CEO sits on the Board of Directors of eMax Holdings Corporation as of February 2008 and his name is Michael Smith. Additionally Vacation Time Internation was sued for illegal telemarketing in April 2008 and fined $5000 by the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Svs. CONTACT THEM TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!!
