Back in October of 2006 I mailed a money order for amount of $60 US dollars for 6 travel vouchers (4 hotel voucher of 2 night's free stay and 2 airline ticket vouchers) to Vacation Redemption Center in Orlando Florida. They charge $10 per voucher. The hotel vouchers are free stay for 2 nights but the airline voucher is to pay for one tickets and receive the second one free.

I mailed this money order on first week of October 2006 to give them plenty of time to send my voucher for Xmas of 2006 travel. They obviously received the package and cashed the check since my package never was returned to me.

Then I assumed, it is possible they did not receive it. Therefore, I sent 2 other travel certificate (one for hotel and one for air ticket) and for each I sent a personal check this time so I can track it. Sure, thing, they did receive it. The check was cashed by them in Feb of 2007 and since I received that, I thoughts they will soon contact me to ask questions about my travel plan and book the trip for me.

It has been 3 months passed the time they cashed my second check and I still have NOT received one call or letter from them. I sent them more than 5 letters and asked for their phone numbers. As of today April 22, 2007 I have NOT received any letter, phone call, or NO Travel Voucher from Vacation Redemption Center.

They have cashed $100 US dollars and for their certificate, plus each time I sent them the cost of processing free, I included a returned PAID envelope to make it easy for them returning my travel tickets and hotel vouchers.

In addition to the lost money, in December of 2006 when I took a week off from work to go on vacation using my travel vouchers, I lost my vacation time and was not able to go with my family since I waited for Vacation Redemption Center travel voucher.

They are a Rip Off company, most likely taking $10 per certificate from families like me and never send them any thing!!

Please find a way to STOP these thieves.

Thank you
