I ordered multiple items from the website and have not recieved them, to date!

Items were ordered on Nov. 20th with a C.C. and the monies were extracted the next day !

Have requested my items by filling out their "ticket form". still only get the automated response of " One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible."....

And it seems as though, now I can't even retrieve my order status or contact them in ANY way, as all website of theirs are NON-FUNCTIONING !!

Thet are still advertising deals items on FB but, can't get to their website ....
