I have been going to PureWeightLoss, previously it was LA Weight Loss for several years. In January 2008 when I went to the office, to my surprise it was closed.
I searched on-line for some answers and I found out people where complaining they suddenly closed all the offices without notifying clients and not even the employees. They had a refund application available on-line and I thought there was hope to get refunded for all the money we paid, but to my surprise after mailed the application with the attached documentation they required to the address listed, and it was returned not deliverable.
I found out the name of the person who appears as the registered agent of the company had several addresses and I think he should be contacted and be responsible for his actions.
