I had bought a yellow diamond form VAISHNODEVI EXPORTS India for $500usd plus $50usd for shipping. The company has sent me the diamond that was claimed on alibaba.com a real diamond , when i had it checked everyone who has seen it in a diamond business did say it is not a real diamond i also had it check on diamond tester. When i had communicated with the seller i was told to send it back for a full refund if i am not happy. When the product rich the seller destination he had refused to pick up the product. When i asked why he claim custom is charging him $350usd and it is not profitable so he offer me to pay for him. The product had pass custom before the delivery man attempt to deliver on August 20^th to seller office. The product is still in India waiting for the seller to come and pick it up. Now i had put avcomplain to alibaba.com since i found the seller through them after going back and forth giving them the supporting document they have close the case as fallow.

If i had know I will be Ripoff by alibaba.com venders i will not have order or use the alibaba.com venders or alibaba.com itself.

I thought i was been protected by alibaba.com to buy or return an item if i was not satisfied and i was wrong till i got Ripoff by alibaba.com venders.

If the seller had send me a real diamond i will not have re-turned it from the begin with. 

I don't think i am the only victim to the scammed or Rip-off i believe people are using alibaba.com to get away and alibaba.com is helping them as well. They don't care about my hard working money or a customer service they provide. 

The seller know this will happen other wise why returne the product for full returne. on an email.
