Valisa Schmidley is an unethical Keller Williams Agent. She has lied to clients and prospective buyers of properties in order to manipulate her deals. Valisa Schmidley has also deliberately withheld good offers so that the offer that is most financially advantageous to her and her agency prevails.

Recently Valisa actively concealed offers on a transaction. Valisa allowed another agent into her buyers home with their clients who were extremely interested in the home. Valisa immediately left the property knowing she was meeting with the sellers to present her"selected" offer that also happens to be a dual Keller Williams agency deal. Valisa failed to mention to the other agent that she was meeting with the sellers within 2 hours.

Valisa made herself completely unavailable to the other agent who left numerous voicemail messages and emailed an offer 25k over asking price later that same day! Valisa deliberately avoided the other agent resulting in a loss for her clients. When Valisa's client inquired whether the other agents client submitted an offer Valisa lied and said nothing was submitted that day. One week later Valisa's partner confirmed the she did recieve an offer from the other agent and he was copied on the email submission.

Valisa Schmidley has had at least 3 complaints filed against her on just this one transaction with the Department of Real Estate and is currently under investigation for her practices.
