Went to buy a car, first time buyer. I told the salesman this and I guess that was a big mistake! Told christopher lara I havent looked around, wanted to support a local business. the car we test drove had 128 miles on it but I was suppose to get the car with 0 miles. But in the middle of my so called good deal which I paid full price, got an almost 6 % interest rate with almost a 700 fico. And was told in order to get this deal I would have to take the car we test drove which my young salesman advised me he drove it from Palm Springs at 125 miles per hour. The same day I took it home my shoe got wedged in front of gas pedal and plastic ferring over transmission. A fter filing complaint with nhtsa #19186813 and buying several different pairs of shoes so I could drive the car without the gas pedal sticking.During this time my car developed a misfire, not all the time but periodically. I called the dealer, was informed by service staff if problem gets worse bring it in, it couldnt be diagnosed without engine light on or misfiring at that time. several weeks later same problem except the engine light was flashing but stopped, called dealer, same thing cant diagnose. Next day broke down on fwy, towed to dealer, new fuel pump 1 coil. Still not right, to make a very long story short after 4 loner cars which Service didnt want to give me at first because mari said it was just there for diagnosis I demanded it to be hooked up to the computer for code retrieval and there was 3 codes, why did I have to tell the so called people that were there to help me how to do there job, how inept these people are. Each and every time except 1 I had to call to see what the statis of my car was.The response was couldnt find number, I bought the car there, just look at the contract theres my number. Once I had to call Mark Reinhardt, one of owners to complain, I was called within 10 minutes from service. Got my car, gas pedal problem was suppose to be fixed, same if not worse. Rippoff company, will take advantage of you if your honest with them, will not reccomend to anyone
