Valley Recycling purchased the business of Service-All Trash (who, at the time we were customers of). After purchase, we pre-paid Valley recycling for three months of trash pickup service (for Dec, Jan, and Feb).
We have not received service, yet Valley recycling cashed our check, as well as over 2000 people in the Winchester area (According to the Winchester Star newspaper). We haven't received 1)notification from Valley recycling why were are not being serviced, 2)a refund since we received no service, 3)a call informing us why were are not receiving service after our prepayment, or 4)any explanation as to why we have paid for service, yet are recieving none.
