Valley Yellow Pages I have never signed up for the service and I received an invoice bill me for the service. Forgery signature on the document. Fresno, California

Several month ago I received an invoice from Valley Yellow Pages. They threatened to take legal action against me and my business if I didn't not pay for the service. I have never contacted or spoken to the representative of Valley Yellow Pages, and they tried to charge me for a service that I have never signed up.

When they sent me an invoice, I noticed the invoices contains several forgeries information. My first name, last name, telephone provider, and signature are wrong. The signature on the invoices in not my name. the first name and the last name is wrong and the signature was also wrong. It look like someone tried to forgery the information. Only the business address and phone are correct. But anybody could get the business phone and address online easily.

I called several times to Valley Yellow Pages representative, and I told them  that they have a wrong person, and I have never signed up for the service with Valley Yellow Page. They ignored all my phone called. They continue sending me several invoices and threatened to take legal action against me and my business. Valley Yellow Pages is tried to pull a scam on my business.  They tried to forgery the document contract. They even tried to signed my name. But it was not my name or my signature. I contact FTC , BBB, Sacramento Police department. I plan to sent letter to the prosecutor, California General Attorney.
