Value Furniture Warehouse Dosent Care About Little Spenders, thoughtless, Ripoff Elizabeth New Jersey

value furniture warehouse in Elizabeth New Jersey across from the hess gas station and the burger king does not care about the little spenders. i went in there in february(tax time) to purchase my daughter a mattress boxspring and headboard. they took my money and told me that the stuff would be deliverd that sat between
3-6 pm.

well i was out around 1 and they called me to see if they could come then i told them yes and rushed home. i sat there from 2 to 6 pm they never showed. then they called me at 7 after i had left wanting to come i told them no. then they call me on sunday when i am at home resting wanting to come i told them no. i called them that monday and they said the were coming between 5-7 they never showed this went on for a week.

the manager told me that if the guy did not come he would be fired(he still works there) then they wanted to deliver at 10 pm i was not home and told them no finally i went back and got my money went to another store and got my kids bed that same night.

they do not care for people that only spend a few hundred dollars my stuff came to 289.00. they were only concerned with the people who were spending thousands of dollars on furniture which i did a long time ago with them and delivery was not a problem.

do not shop at this store. they are liers and treat you like crap if you are not spending a lot of money.
