Valued Telemarketing is David Andre and Christina (Christine) High, Same as Advantel, Rock Solid Prospects,Touch Call Solutions,TNT Telemarketing,and Superior Telemarketing and who knows what other alias.
These people are scamers, do not lose your money, if you have been taken by these people file a claim with the Internet Crime Complaint Center: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

They have this new company Valued Telemarketing, which is too new to have any alerts out yet, spread the word, they change names and continue scamming, since 1999 they must have scammed millions of dollars since then.
