Beware Of This Individual
For anyone dealing with KODI / XBMC software at any level,
city prepaid, omni box tv, or Valuenet internet company at
http://www.govaluenet.com please be cautious about this certain individual.
His name is Richard P. Holder, and in our personal opinion,
he is a scum and experienced scamer. He will approach you with the promise
of doing business with you on behave of a fake company called
ValueNet for you to program boxes with KODI / XBMC software.
He is also a reseller of the Omnibox TV https://omnibox.tv, which we
have already contacted, but they seem to care more about making
quick dollar, than doing the right things. That includes having a known
criminal reseller their product.
Believe me when I say this individual is all talk and a scamer.
ValueNet is not even a real company and he is well know for
taking advantage of people by deceiving people and stealing the
services you are providing.
We made the mistake of signing a legal contract with him for such
services, to which in turn, he never paid us for our work. We are a
start-up software developing company who felt victim to Richard
Holder and ValueNet's scam. We contacted Omnibox TV in an attempt
to inform them of their breach of contract because of our agreement
with Valuenet and Richard P Holder. They response was simple... we
don't care.
We are currently seeking legal process against Richard P. Holder and
ValueNet for theft of services and breach of contract. If need be, legal
actions and process will be taken against Omnibox TV as well.
This is an individual that will only take advantage of your hard work and will leave you with
nothing to show for. He is known for theft by deception, fraud, impersonating
people, and has a well known track record for doing so.
Here is just a few of the pieces of evidence for you to see. If you are an
KODI / XBMC programmer or simply resell units, purchase an Omnibox TV,
use city prepaid, or Valuenet, take note of this individual.
Known associates are Matara D Fisher, and Omnibox TV.
If you need additional information about Richard P. Holder and ValueNet
scam, feel free to contact me.

I AFRAID TO SAY... I TOLD YOU SO.

I guess I am not surprised about this turn of events.
I spoke directly with you last year about Richard Holder
and his scamming techniques/practices. Tried my best to
warn you about this scam artist, however, you seemed
more interested in simply making a quick buck.
Now you and your product have a bad reputation along
with Richard Holder and ValueNet. I do feel bad, but sometimes
you have to do what's right at a given time, not later when
it's already too late.
