I went to the Dealership the first time just to see if I like something. I had a truck and with the gas prices wanted to get something more affordable like a car. So I looked around and did not find anything that I liked. I told the salesman that I wanted a black car and with rims since my truck had rims also and I was going to give it up. The manager came out and said they had a black car with rims that he needed to take me to see it. They a called another salesman and found out they had lent the car out to a client. I told them I would not commit with out seeing the car so I would come back the next day. They preferred to give me all the stats and show me another car just like that except it was red and had 20 inch rims. They said that the black one had fewer miles and had 22 inch rims. So everything sounded good because I liked how the car looked.

Since I liked everything they wanted to get some of the paper work done that way the next day I would not have to be there long. I let them know I would start it but would not sign the deal until I looked at the car. Of course they said that was reasonable.

Next they called me to let me know the car is there detailed and ready to go. They where really persistent and called me twice because I didn't go right away. I got to the Dealership and the car was not what they told me. First of all the miles where almost the same as the other car and they said it was at least 10,000 miles less. Second the rims on the car where not the 22 inch they said they where 20 inch rims, and the car was really scratched and had a dent on it. I told the sales man that I needed to talk to Reggie my original sales person because everything was wrong. He apparently had a day off and scheduled me to go, which is the reason for the paper work to start the day before.

We finally got a hold of Reggie the sales person he called and said he would speak to the manager and see what they can do to fix the problem. What they where going to do was get the car painted to take the scratches off, where going to give me 22 inch rims that I could chose from there selection, and that would add me an extra warranty for the miles for free. So it seemed everything was going to get fixed and I decided to buy the car. The only problem was everything was not going to happen the same day, everything had to be scheduled. My sister was with me and they convinced her to look at a car because they gave me a real good deal they can give her on as well. We both decided to get cars and we went to the financing. We wanted a certain amount of payments for our cars. They said they could not work that out. But what they can do is pay us each month the difference like if it payment was 350 and we only wanted to pay 300 they where going to send us a check to cover the 50 each month. So we said that was fine.

So we went to the financing and nothing was written on the paper work about everything they promised. Adam the finance guy said that Reggie would take care all of that because it was on the WE OWE.

We where concerned and asked why was there nothing on the paperwork, the salesman said because that goes to the bank and they did not need to see that paperwork because it had nothing to do with them. It was between the dealership and us. He had us sign and he wrote down everything on another piece of paper stating everything legit and that everything would be fulfilled.

But the worst part came and nothing happened. Reggie the sales person said to contact him to make an appointment to get everything on the we owe settled. So I called him to make appointment and there were always excuses that they where super busy In that department and that I had to make a schedule on a weekday (which I could not because of work). I let him know that I could not do that, that we needed to do something about that. Of course he was going to try to work it out for us. Next I asked about my rims and he said he would have that department to call me. Which they never did. I finally called them and they said they where waiting for the deal to go thru before they can make an appointment. So finally the deal goes thru and I call them and they said the bank did not approve the 22 inch rims. I was stunned! I said that had nothing to do with the bank it's not supposed to be on the deal that is what you guys owe me. It's on the WE OWE. He said that I needed to speak with Reggie because he could not to anything. I spoke with him and he said he would be to the manager to get everything fixed. Well it became two weeks and still nothing. And my then it was a month and we still had not seen our first check for a car payments. We also asked him about that and he said there was a screw up in financing so he would have the manager get on it.

So now they had no fulfilled anything of what they had on the WE OWE and they kept making excuses. We talked to the manager and he said he would like at the files and see what he could do. He never got back to us. We called and him back never a response. The same thing with the salesperson, he would blame it on the managers that he tried to fix things but they would not back it up any longer. We did not know who to believe. We went down to the dealership and of course the manager was there did not know anything about our cars or files. He said he would talk to the main manager which was the person we spoke to before and get everything settled. So now they just kept putting us off. No one would return our calls they would not transfer to any manager they would take messages. And then all of a sudden the sales person was fired and they blamed it all in him that he was the one who lied to us. The thing about that is the managers knew about our situation and even they approved everything.

SO THE WORST HAPPENED THEY NEVER GAVE ANYTHING THAT THEY PROMISED EVEN THO IT WAS IN THE WE OWE. THEY ONLY PROMISE FOR THEY CAN GET A SALE AND NEVER DELIVER.
