Van Ru Credit Corporation Bogus education debt collection Skokie Illinois

I recieved a notice in my P.O. Box addressed to Gary Fasdwols on April 2, 2008 from Van Ru Credit Corp. Thinking this was some sort of April Fools joke, I opened it, since it had my Box number, city, state, and zip code correct. It is a collection due notice evidently for a student loan. I thought okay, gotta be a joke.

About 15-20 minutes later I recieve a phone call on my home phone asking for "Gary". I asked who was calling and she said "Linda Hall". When I asked who she was with, she would would not tell me, only to and for Gary. Bells rang and I turned tables saying that I just recieved a notice in the mail addressed to Gary Fasdwols at my address, (P.O. Box). I then informed Linda Hall that this P.O. Box has been in my own name for close to twenty years and there is no "Gary" here.

I did a search of the phonebooks for my area, no such name. I also did a quick internet search for "Gary Fasdwols" on the internet using google, live search, ask, and aol; nothing.
So this sounds like another fastwool job to me.
