We got a letter in the mail that showed our house payments would jump up substantially starting in Aug. 08, we were shocked and called them stating we were told that the housepayments would never go up. Lies. We also have been fighting with them over the payments because when we bought the mobile home we told them that we could not make big payments cause we are both on disability and fixed income. They said that they would give us a deal of doing extra payments by going by monthly but in six months we could switch to a monthly payment and all would stay the same. Lies. We agreed to the by monthly but it has been really hard cause sometimes we are making a payment 227.43. three times a month instead of two. We called them to get to be put on a monthly and they got rude and mad and said we couldn't do that and even if we could we would have to pay another 20,000.00 for the house. Now back to the letter they sent. They said on the phone that they did not take out enough money in esgrow to pay the insurance co. So they are raising from 227.43 by weekly to 251.48 but when we calculated it we come out higher than that. The reason is they say is we have to pay a back payment to insurance co. plus the insurance premiums went up, due to MIssouri raising their premiums. Which we found from our insurance man this is a lie. Our insurance was supposed to be 680 and they are raising it to 839. We went and got our own insurance but now they say our insurance company never sent them anything which is another lie cause we were there when he faxed it to them. Now we wonder if we will have to pay the back pay plus two insurance companies if so then we lose our house and the land we put up to get the house. We knew they wanted the land and it seems they may get it. We have tried other finance companies and no one will go with us. So we were duped into getting this moblie home as we should not have been able to with our credit history. Warn people these guys are bad and unethical and we have told them so. We may lose everything but if you have a class action against them put us on the list. 6puppies, Walnut Grove,Mo.
