I am one of the unemployed people around the word who happens to search a job on line.
My wife and I just moved from UK last February of 2013 and relocated here in Australia. We are Filipino citizen and hoping to stay here in Australia for good.

To make the story short, I happened to look for a job on line because my wife won't allow me to work as of the mean time because she is having a bad Symptoms all the time with her pregnancy.
I register in automated pay day with a 60 day risk free guarantee trial and was able to refund it for I have offered by the Vanguard Institute who called me and spoke to me regarding the business.

I signed there contracted because of the promising marketing conversation that we had that I will be financially independent in the next 3 months. 
After 3 days, I decided to refund my payments of $ 5,800.00 because I find it very difficult to understand the marketing and the business. I told them and emailed them but it took them ages to reply to my concern.

In two weeks time I was told by Mr. Richard Thomas that there is no way I can refund my payments from their institution. This made us so miserable and desperate because that's the only money we've got moving from UK. I begged and pleaded to them many times that I cannot longer continue my course with them but they never listen even though they knew that the money is for my wife pregnancy and the baby as payment for all the check up and future bill payments we have now.

I have so many sleepless nights thinking how to get my money back, but they didn't give attention to my appeal instead ignoring all my concern and persuaded me to continue the course because they have left me no choice at all. I am going in sane and my pregnant wife is feeling bad about it and we are now financially broke and have to borrow money from our families.

I may be the most stupid and idiot person entering this kind of business, but I am still a victim of their system that I have never used and have 2 session of coaching only for almost 2 months. This people in Vanguard do not think of the sufferings and pain we feel right now. All of the promises and the hopes they have been telling us is a lie. 

If they want to help people, then why do they have to get money from ordinary people like us who made a single mistake of joining this business. I really don't know what to do right now and it really hurt us a lot giving that money to them that I have been working hard in the UK for more than a year and gone easily by being innocent to this business. They won't return my money back that's what they say, and I did not even started with their system.

I can't imagine this people working in vanguard institute, Why are they so naive and heartless to us and to all the victims. They can sleep at night not thinking of the people they have fooled. I can't forgive them of what they do to me and my family. I regret this kind of experienced with them and this is unacceptable and unjust. I swear I won't forgive them because they did not give my money back.

This complaint is already resolved.In the last few days after speaking with someone at Vanguard I realize that this has all been a big misunderstanding. They were able to make me a partial refund offer that I accepted to help my situation. When I see it from their side, I can see that they are an honest company that offers a good service for the people that fit their criteria. I regret that this all got so bad. My misunderstanding with them leads me to make a wrong move and file a complaint.
I wish Vanguard very much happiness and success in the future.

This complaint is already resolved. In the last few days after speaking with someone at Vanguard I realize that this has all been a big misunderstanding. They were able to make me a partial refund offer that I accepted to help my situation. When I see it from their side, I can see that they are an honest company that offers a good service for the people that fit their criteria. I regret that this all got so bad. They are only doing their job and my misunderstanding to them leads me to make a complaint, and I made a wrong move of posting such report.

I posted a true story on my experienced with them, I told them I don't want to create trouble and I just want my money back. But they refused to give me my money back, just offer me 35% refund of what I have paid to them. I think it is so unfair because I haven't used their program. I already sent email to cancel it 3 days before I receive the materials. Thank you for your offer Louden it would be a great help to hear your advise soon.

You have the right to sue Vanguard Academy for not giving your money back to you...especially if you tried to cancel within your "3-Day Right of Rescission" period.  This gives you EXACTLY 3 business days from the time you sign up with them to get a refund if you determine the program is not for you!  They try to get your "course material" out to you and signed for as quickly as possible to make it harder to send the package back!  You can go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), your state Attorney General, your consumer complaints agency and post your information on ALL of the internet complaint websites you are able to find to EXPOSE these thieves and con artists!!! 

Don't let them get away with it!!!  I would be a witness on your behalf of their disgusting and deceptive practices.  There are plenty of others online who...I'm sure...would be willing to testify on your behalf!!!  If you attempted to cancel within that 3-day period...as I did...you have EVERY right to sue them for your money back.  There may even be a legal agency that will represent you at no cost if you cannot afford an attorney.  I'd be willing to help you get the help you need to get your money back!  Respond to this message and I'd be happy to help!
