Vanilla Reload Lashana osobsdd Russell and Antonio had the nerve to call me and tell me my money was locked in the system and i needed to send mony to unlock it Chicago Nationwide

I went to Walgreens and purchased a Vanilla reload pack in the amount of $300.I got in my car to to activate the card and was told the card had already been redeemed .I later got a call from an Antonio who told me he was a manager at Vanilla reload and his employee LaShana had gotten my and another customers money locked in the system and I needed to pay an additional $200 to unlock it the other customer had paid and they were just waiting on me.I let him now that I would not pay to unlock my own money for there mistake and called customer service immediately afterwards to file a dispute.    Little did he know i had number lookup and found out his name address past addresses relatives old phone numbers etc.I cant wait for them to be caught and I want my money back.
