The check was paid by my bank to "Check Process" The phone number for this company was on the memo line. My bank refused to refund the money even when I told them I did not authorize it. My bank did however refund the overdraft fee that this check caused.
I was told to contact Vantage Funding which I did over and over just to be told that they had no record of this charge. I have called them every two weeks because I keep being told that my money would be put back into my account. I have talked to 6 different people including two that said they were supervisors. Still no refund.
I reported them to the BBB but they have not response to the complaint filed with the BBB.
I did not receive a loan from them.
And I wish that someone would file a class action suit for those of us who have been ripped off. The address that I have for them is 2780 S Jones Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nv 89146
Any one have any ideas on how to get my money back? I think my next step will be reporting them to the Prosecuting attorney in NV and to the FBI.
