Nikou Mohajerani is a CON ARTISIT and an all around terrible human being. She uses her looks to get what she wants, which many would say that most women do however, when that affects your life like it did mine you wouldn't be so understanding. 

For MONTHS I slaved at Vantage Inc. (formally known as Presitige In Store Marketing) with the hopes of owning my very own marketing business.  I believed everything she said, even when I wanted to quit she created some great "impact" for me for why I was acting like every other "employee minded" person in the world.  It wasn't until I met Scott Williams, Nikou's "mentor", that I realized the truth. First and foremost this man is a WOMANIZER (he hit on me SEVERAL times inappropriately) who sings the praises of Nikou all day long. After being around a bit longer it becomes PERFECTLY apparant that these two definitely use to (and probably continue to) sleep together which explains A LOT of why he puts her on such a high pedastel.  Funny thing is Nikou doesn't even try to hide it and it's disgusting. Instead of showing women how to be strong and WORK their way to the top she teaches her ladies to sleep with men in high places so that they can get there faster.  

Additonally, Nikou constantly berrates her employees telling them they suck and will never amount to anything (sounds like an awesome work enviornment huh?).  She also NEVER will show you your pay file so you have to trust her word for why she is paying you the amount she is.  DO NOT WORK FOR VANTAGE!!!! They tell you that the work week is 40 hours however you are expected to work 90+ off the books and not be paid if you plan to "get to the next level".   They also ALL sleep with eachother and call it a professional enviornment.  Nikou is TRASH! She herself is even running around with one of her "promotions" John Skelton behind closed doors giving him all notarity and even his OWN OFFICE in San Francisco for being her boy toy. JOHN DIDN'T EVEN QUALIFY for management!!

Needless to say this entire Organization, Nikou Mohajerani, Suneil G (Who runs San Deigo), John Skelton (Nikou's boy toy), John Reed (Nikou's other minion) and Jackson Church (Who runs San Fernando) ARE ALL A BUNCH OF CONS! They all say they "own" multimillion dollar companies yet they live with roommates shacked up.  Suneil doesn't even have the common sense to run a solid business (he can't even spell business) but you are expected to beleive he is some guru??

DO NOT FALL for thier BS.  They will promise you the world yet leave you with NOTHING to show for all ofyour hard work! My parents constantly told me this was a scam but I didn't listen PLEASE DO NOT BE LIKE I WAS! Unless you plan on sleeping your way to the top like Nikou did OR becoming her personal boy toy lke John Skelton you have no CHANCE.

There are TONS of business that are legit DON'T FALL FOR THIS ONE!
