I just got ripped off by Vape Solutions in Newton, NC. I will never buy another product from them, and I hope you guys don't ether. This is how they treat long time customers. My wife accidently bought me a new tank from them after spending 75.00 on Juice and coils. When she got home, I told her I had a brand new tank just like it that I have never used. I then told her to call Vape Solutions to tell them what happened. They told her to just bring it back when she came in the... next time. Well, that was this morning and they tell my son that they can't refund on electronic products. Now remember, the box has never been opened and the seal was intact. He went ahead and bought my 2 large bottles of juice and a box of coils. When he got home and told me what happened at this store, I was, and still am livid. $18.00 just cost them a long time customer and about 6 others in my family as soon as I can tell them how they treat you. I honestly do not understand how a small business can treat long time customers like this and stay in business. I know they will NEVER get another penny from me!

  whole story is a bunch of crap. I have been buying my vape here for 2 years and look forward going there. The owners Betty and Randy are very nice people. They would never be rude or yell at anyone. If the writer was being honest they should have told you that the dog was in no way a service dog. It was an untrained rowdy dog that no one would mistake for a service dog. The owner of this dog was asked nicely to remove the dog from the store and was embarrassed by this and in retaliation wrote this terrible pack of Ask yourself what kind of person attacks a persons livelihood over embarrassment.

And service dogs ARE very welcome. The owners are also by law not permitted to have pets other than service dogs per county and state laws. So this angry person is filing a false report. Nothing in the report he filed is true. Please notice the disgusting fake name the author used. Not very proud of his lies? She didnt ever throw him out she asked him to remove the dog. And the staff is the best! All smart and polite and helpful! Their e juice is the best in town you can try all the flavors you want beforehand so you get what you like no guessing! I will always shop here for all my vaping needs.

As you can see this place of business is worried about the score of their business with REVIEWS on google of having their own friends write them on them with making themselves look good and trying to better themselves after the public reviews on them and stating and saying that they have wonderful product, when in fact they do NOT. They are so prejudice against the handicap that come in with a service dog in training for which they do NOT even sell food then Randy and Betty BI his wife yell and scream to get the Hell out of their store.

Very Rude Owners of this place, kid you not. Kids that work there friendly YES because in fact HIGH on DRUGS. Their employees do in fact come in there to work high on pills, and go around complaining of the boss how he favors another employee that work there that another is taking their place of manager, well managers should not be managers if in fact doing drugs while working on the clock. This place of business needs to DRUG TEST EVERY ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES every month.

This place does not give an hour lunch on a 9 hour shift in time with getting any food nor time to even relax with having a lunch break. Their product is WAY OVER PRICED, you can get it cheaper by ordering it off the internet. YOU MAY WANT TO READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS ON HERE THAT HAVE ONLY 1 STAR. Good luck going in a NON-DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. Hope the DRUG DOG comes in next.
