Vaper XS Ecig SCAM ALERT Phoenix Arizona

I was sent an email regarding a Free Trial Offer from Vaper XS in on December 29th, for only $4.95 Shipping. I always wanted to try an Ecig, so the order was placed for the trial. A day later I discovered that the company was a Scam, and had charged other peoples bank accounts hundreds of dollars on a monthly basis. I immediatly call ed to cancel the order. Was told that it was of course auto shipping and could not be cancelled till the product arrived and an RMA # was issued. 2 Weeks later the product arrived and I once again didn't hesitate to contact the CSR Rep " Skyler". An RMA was issued after him begging me to just keep the product at NO COST. I refused and demanded the RMA return. He assured me there would be no charges to my account and that the cancellation was done in the proper time. On Jan 11th my checking account was charged $99.95 under "VaperEcig" I contacted my bank and informed them this was a fraudulant charge. On February 19th I was again charged for $99.95 under the disguised name of "Green Coffee". It was discovered on a Sunday and Vaper XS's CSR's said there would be a refund for the charges but it would take 14 days. No refund was issued. This company is a scam! I now have to close my account to avoid any further transactions.
