Bought a e-cig from vapor solutions at Chicago Ridge mall about 1 month ago, nothing but problems. First  vapor’s were not coming out just the nasty liquid, they replaced it but the next one didn’t work at all the 3rd one finally worked for about 1-2 weeks than nothing they told me that the batteries were no good and i would have to buy another one. i already had bought a 2nd one that didn’t work they didn’t know if was batteries or charger so after explaining to them that even though cheap batteries as he called it, it’s still rechargeable and should still last more than 2 weeks so he replaced.

1-2 weeks later it stopped working even with 5-8 hrs. of charging when i went back i told him to just give me my money back i was tired of headache they refused said no refunds and they are not going to fix i keep breaking or burning out the batteries myself and no warranty on anything to do with batteries. and i had seen them put used parts  myself and other customer get placed into a new kit to be given to the next customer, i refused to buy another one that wouldn’t last longer than a normal batteries so i told another customer shouldn’t buy due to the fact of what was going on with my situation. so they called security i explained to a 6ft 4in gentleman that was try to provoke me standing 3 in from my face with 2 other security guards behind me of the situation hey told me to call mall management and his corporate that # went to the manager i was already dealing with, than security escorted me out of Chicago Ridge mall like i was a shoplifter and said if i ever returned i would be arrested.

    I am a customer of vapor solutions Indiana branch. It is the only place I go for my vaping needs.They have great products and a knowledgeable staff. I talked to James last time i was there for like an hour. He is a very nice professional guy who really cares about his customers. He even replaced my vision spinner 2 battery with absolutely no questions. I think the problems Madman had with his device was user error and not knowing what he was doing. The reason he was kicked out had to be due to the way he conducted himself. James would never call security on someone who was conducting themselves in a professional and respectful manner. So to all my fellow vapers you can feel comfortable going to vapor solutions. They definitly do not rip off anyone they actually give better deals and stand behind there product more than anyone.

Like most unhappy customers the situation is lied and exaggerated. I will start off this by saying i am the one that told this customer if he was that unhappy to write a review online. He went and did. Now back to the situation. And if i have to post pictures of receipts and free iteams given to this customer i will. Vapor Solutions has a 1 year warranty and 2 year warranty policy pending on the kit that is purchased when you purchase a MOD it is a 1 year warranty not covering the $5-8 battery that will burn out and need to be replaced. Most people with MODS get a battery once a month. Its a high powered device. And he clearly does not understand this. THe first time he came in i replaced his atomizer for free. He wanted to buy  $75 MOD yet not buy the proper atomizer for the device and he never did in the future because i replaced it with a cotton drip top for free. my first free $10 i gave this customer. His second return it was over a dead battery and after explaining to him i will replace this one but in the future he needs to replace them. I gave him a free battery $7.50 and a free bottle of liquid for the hassle $8.50. After these two encounters that brings his account to over $25 in free items. He then came back not after a month but over 6 weeks of using the device to get a refund. No company would refund a used MOD nearly two months after purchase. Nevermind all the free items i gave him. 

What he doesnt understand is most companies do not even have a warranty system. Let alone one like ours. I have done this for four years and have had thousands of customers over 13 locations and this is the second time that this has ever happened. Even to get a return it would have to be within the first 7 days. This customer had his device for 57 days. Its a company policy not a pick and choose. Clearly he has a temper and lacks maturity when he even admits he was trying to tell other customers not to purchase from my store just because he was told he would have to spend $7 dollars to get a new battery. My customers just shrugged and went on and purchased. Because like 95% of the customers that come in. they leave happy. We pride ourselves in customer service and we fix and replace things with no hassle at all. It was unfortunate that this customer came in 4 times with broken stuff. He doesnt know how to use the device and he gets angry. If he took time to figure out how to not burn batteries out he would save himself the hassle. And although there are no refunds there are exchanges and before he blew his top and started insulting my staff, then me when i came into the store to settle the situation. and then my customers. He was excorted out of the mall for his immature behavior and i will again state this was over $7 dollars. If it fell under the warranty and company policy i would have replaced as you can see it would have saved a bad review that i told him to write and the hassle of what he did at my store. But if we hand out one battery we will hand them out to every one. and its the consumers job to know how to use the device properly.

We are a highly regarded shop in this area and no company around has our prices, warranty, or point system. Come find out yourself. If you read this review take a picture and bring it in. Free bottle of liquid with any purchase. You will leave happy at Vapor Solutions. I work with all my customers, give discounts, and make sure they leave happy. Sometimes there is no working with people because the decision they have is already set in thier mind!
