Vaughan garden centre They don't know the difference between topsoil and clay Vaugha, Ontario

I ordered three yards of topsoil from them to be delivered to my house. I made the mistake of paying for it upfront. They give you the option of c.o.d. When it came, I instructed the driver to dump it on my driveway, and since I prepaid for it, I didn't even come out my front door. Once he left and I went out to start to top dress my lawn, I noticed they gave me ground up clay instead of topsoil. I called them about it and they proceeded to tell me that it was a "sandy soil". It was clay. I asked to speak to a manager and they said one would call me back. No call back that day so I called them back the next day. Again they said a manager would call me back and again no call back. I'll have to go in person and I have a feeling it's going to be a battle to get them to correct the problem. If you are going to order soil from theses people, only pay them after you make sure they delivered the right stuff. Or better yet, order your topsoil from someone who knows what topsoil is.
