Vehicle Service Department Vehicle Document/Alert Notice personal & Confidential. Repair Envoice Enclosed

I received a pink notice that said, "Personal & Confidential." It says that I own a 2012 Ford, but gives no vehicle model. I do not own a Ford. This pink notice does not include an address or a website. However, it does include a detailed invoice on repairs that, supposedly, were done to said vehicle. The total amount it said I owe is $12,914.75. The notice said, "Our records indicate you have received multiple notices and have not contacted us to update your file". The notice also said, "You are receiving this notice because your factory warranty will expire or may have already expired based on the mileage and age of your vehicle."
