I have purchased two camcorders from this company. The first one I was able to return (to a reseller / Amazon.com) because it broke within 30 days. When I received a replacement, it lasted six months. I contacted Veho via online message form on their website and asked for a replacement on the second broken unit under their one year warranty. The company responded with the following:

Hi Richard,
Unfortunately it sounds like your product is faulty. We recommend returning the item to your reseller for an exchange
or refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

When I told them that Amazon.com would not accept a return after six months (and who would blame them), Veho Technical Support send this response:

Hi Richard,
All our global partners have either minimum 12 months warranty or purchase the warranty from us and they should pass
that onto the Customer, unfortunately we have no control if they provide that service.

I have sent additional emails to Veho in an effort to replace the defective unit, only to be ignored.
