Family, friends, and others joined Vemma with high expectations. Part of my upline DID NOT help as promised. Did not and could not get help from Vemma that did not cost a lot of money. Realized that Vemma was scamming me in many areas.

I called and canceled all accounts and followed up with emails to every Vemma email I could find. I tried to cancel with the online Vemmabuilder.com; and, Vemma.com. They said the account was canceled and closed. LIARS!!

A month later they stole money out of my account. I repeated the process and they stopped one month, but next month they stole money and shipped the product again. I told my bank NOT to honor requests from Vemma because I have cancelled the account. Finally, got my personal account to end after Vemma ripped me off for $120.00, plus a lot of my time. I had to prove that I did cancel my accounts, while Vemma continues to rip people off and steal their money.

Now the cycle is the same for my son. Again, Vemma is persisting in stealing several more months from him. Just called today. Spoke with Lisa and then with a mean spirited, Irene. Poor customer service, too! Vemma insists they have no records of phone calls or emails from me. Does that mean I did not call or send emails? Or is it another example of how unorganized and dishonest Vemma really is? Shame on you Vemma !! You get emails from me accept when it comes to canceling my accounts. All these complaints could not be coming from people with happy and satisfied experiences.

So, I printed out the emails and faxed to Vemma. When I get my phone bills, I am making copies and faxing them to Vemma too. Also sending copies to my bank.

Is there a CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE out there? Let me know. If not, we need one, now. We must STOP Vemma from stealing and from lying. This seems to be a practice with them.

WORDS TO THE WISE: Unless Vemma changes their methods, stop stealing money, refund moneys tolen, stop sending unwanted products after cancelation, provided quality customer service, improve customer service -- I would advise NEVER sign up for Vemma and make sure you NEVER USE AUTOSHIP. Once locked in, Vemma does not want to let you out!

Vemma; Precautionary Measures

AUTHOR: ajohnson9 - (United States of America)

I have just joined Vemma. I use a prepaid visa card I bought for three dollars at walmart. I stopped using a bank card the last time someone starting taking from my account. I control the money. I advise anyone ordering anything online or over the phone to use one. They can't steal what you don't put on the card.

Currently, I'm waiting for my first drink samples to arrive. I have read the contract very carefully and am making sure to stay in all time limitations for returns or refunds. I would never give enough to hurt myself. I can cancel at anytime, loss of a three dollar prepaid debit card won't bother me at all.

BE CAREFUL!!! Besides, you can always get another one easily if you ever want to order something else online or on the phone. If they won't take this kind of card, it's definitely a scan. But it still pays to be careful. Thanks for your post. I'll be sure to use as much caution as possible. Even if it's not a scam, I still expect to spend money as I would to start my own business by myself. The only difference is that I don't have to look for a supplier for my products.

VEMMA: Masters at Marketing

AUTHOR: Bigsister - (U.S.A.)

I have noticed that Vemma web masters are very skilled at using meta tags to put their own web sites in high rankings on google and other internet searches. Put in your search bar, "VEMMA SUCKS" and you get back a list of sites that are actually POSITIVE Promotion sites for VEMMA. One must go to the end of the list to find the folks who have real complaints.

ALSO: I have searched for information from legitimate medical journals to support the outrageous claims made by Vemma. I have been told by more than one Vemma rep that I must enjoy having MS or I would buy their product; that it will cure my MS. Well, this is totally unsupported by any reputable medical research or journal...although it is EASY to find supporting data from research and journals connected to Vemma/Verve.

For instance: enter "New England Medical Journal" into your search engine. Responses are that "I don't need the NEMJ to validate this."

As an interested, potential consumer, I am very frustrated that I can find no information that is not in some way connected to a Vemma sales person or the company. I am very inclined to think that this is a lot of bogus hype and that Vemma will not cure my autoimmune disease problems. I have tried mangosteen juice from another company. It did not help me. Will I try Vemma? No. I have a friend who did and he canceled before the 30 days; Vemma would not refund his money as promised.

I worry about a company that cannot stand on its own merit with legitimate documentation to support its claims (i.e.: scientific journals like New England Journal of Medicine). It seems to me that Vemma is nothing more than a marketing scheme selling high priced vitamin juice. Why does Vemma make sure it is first up in a google search for negative comments about its products? Believe me, there are many dissatisfied customers out there. I have spoken to them in person. Now...try to find their comments on line. Might I suggest that you start at the LAST page of the search, not the first page where Vemma has placed it misleading links.

Never had that happen

AUTHOR: Sherrie - (U.S.A.)

I have had many come and go in Vemma and I have never in 2 1/5 years ever had a problem with Vemma corporate or bad attitudes. Corporate employees have always been cheerful and extremely helpful. Sometimes there are new people and they are trying to learn everything and if they get someone being mean and nasty to them it might be hard to be nice. You have to remember we are all human and can make mistakes.

What I do to ensure that my request is taken care of with any company that I am doing business with is get an email confirmation from them stating that they received your phone call or email and that what you have requested has been taken care of.

Again everyone tries to do it right but sometimes we all have bad days. So make sure that you are doing your part and not just expecting that because you made an effort that it was taken care of.
