I had ordered a Blackberry 8700 with T-mobile service through Venicom on 23rd October 2006. The order # was 30402. However, it has been almost 2 years since I am following up regarding the $200 rebate that Venicom was supposed to pay me but they have not paid back anything till date. When I complained to their customer service, they sent me the following email -

This rebate has been denied for the following reason(s):
The rebate form requires the 4th month bill from T-Mobile. This would have been for services from 01/23/07 to 02/22/07. You submitted the 3rd month bill for services from 12/23/06 to 01/22/07.

Rebate Name:8700#2
This rebate has been denied for the following reason(s):
The rebate form requires the 5th month bill from T-Mobile. This would have been for services from 02/23/07 to 03/22/07. You submitted the 4th month bill for services from 01/23/07 to 02/22/07.

Rebate Name:8700#3
This rebate has been denied for the following reason(s):
The rebate form requires the 6th month bill from T-Mobile. This would have been for services from 03/23/07 to 04/22/07. You submitted the 5th month bill for services from 02/23/07 to 03/22/07.

Rebate Name:8700#4
This rebate has been denied for the following reason(s):
The rebate form requires the 6th month bill from T-Mobile. This would have been for services from 03/23/07 to 04/22/07. You submitted the 5th month bill for services from 02/23/07 to 03/22/07.

After this email, I sent all the monthly bills to Venicom and asked the Venicom customer service why they could not go ahead and process the rebate cheque as they had all the bills with them. They informed me that the date had passed and hence they cannot process the rebates. I then asked them why I was not informed earlier that according to them I had submitted the wrong bills and they did not have any answer to that.

I believe this whole scam is done by Venicom to rip-off scores of unsuspecting customers like me. I did some research on the internet and there are a lot of complaints from customers who were ripped-off the same way.

One of my friends told me that he had registered a report with ripoffreport.com and got his rebate back with your help. I would be obliged if you can help me out too.
