Venicom, Inc. The Scam Company Beware of Venicom, Inc. A true SCAM Company Scottsdale Arizona

I happened to be interested in A Blackberry 8120 and the service of T-Mobile, so I was looking around the internet for prices, etc. I was golfing the next day when a man called me on my cell. He that he noticed I was looking at web sites for the Blackberry and T-Mobile. I should have stopped right then and hung up! But it never entered my mind that this was a SCAM and that Venicom is nothing but a SCAM company. Now what really throws me is that T-Mobile is hooked up with them! Why!!! I have no idea. Why would they need a SCAM company to do any sales for them, but they do.

So, I told him exactly what I wanted and he agreed. He then sent the phone and a notice on the box that if you make any changes to your service without going through Venicom, they would charge you $449. I thought I had just what I ordered and so I opened the box and then got the T-Mobile service. Now I was happy with both until I received my first bill from T-Mobile. It stated that I had ordered text messaging for an additional $20 per month. I certainly did not order that as I have no need or would never need text messaging! So, I called Venicom and was given a standard line that this comes with the phone!

After that, I called T-Mobile and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I did this 3 times and every time is was the same thing. They would put me on hold, like they would talk to their supervisor and then return and say there was nothing they could do! So, eventually I got in touch with a higher up in T-Mobile and they said they would credit my account and not to worry about Venicom. Well, that was not ture becuase Venicom kept threatening me with charges and to ruin my credit. So, I was SCAMMED by Venicom and their partner in crime T-Mobile! I am writing this just to inform innocent people to watch out for this company!
