Ventrino.com Traffic Exchange Script Purchased Walker Traffic Exchange With Pro Installation and It Was Not Delivered Bradenton Florida

I was very excited about purchasing the Walker Traffic Exchange system. I really believed this could be an excellent compliment to my already very busy websites and forums. I purchased the full version with source code and professional installation. On the first install of the software I tried to log into the admin area and it did not work. I emailed the sales team (After I paid I noticed they had no email support for tech support. You can only go to the forum and request help from other members.)

The sales team did respond though and said this was a common problem and that they would do another install. Fine. They installed the software again. I could log in. I started to set up the configuration and I noticed database errors. I was unable to set up any pro options. I emailed the sales guy again. He said to refresh my browser and that this would solve the problem. I refreshed and it did not work. I emailed him back and nothing. Emailed again and no response. I went to the forum and posted. Finally after a day a member said that I should repair the database. I did. The software still did not work and had the same errors.

I posted again in the forum. I got a response from the owner saying that I was posting in the wrong forum. (It said Exchange Support forum?) I then posted again with a screenshot of the problem. I was starting to get a little annoyed but nothing crazy. I was then told this was my last warning and that I needed to watch my attitude. Touchy Touchy. Very sensitive people at Ventrino. I said ok fine can you please finish the installation that was included in the price? Notice I used please. Maybe I should have said pretty please with sugar on top.

They then deleted all my posts, all my support emails without responding to the problem. I posted again staying strictly with the facts of my case screenshot included and asked for help.

Finally I had to file a dispute with Paypal. I have made hundreds of purchases with Paypal and have only had to do this one other time. Martyn responded in the comments section that I was abusive and that the only way to get help was to post in the forum, wait for the moderator to approve the post (this is special for me. Everyone else can post immediately) and hope that one of the members decides to help me eventually out of the kindness of their heart.

I find this unbelievably bad service. I paid for professional installation and they were incapable of even installing their own software. I have purchased hundreds of scripts and never had such bad service. I could have been a very good customer of theirs. Money was not a problem I was willing to pay for quality. Even more hilarious I just noticed that they banned my entire ip from accessing their site. I pleaded with them earlier simply to install the software and I would be a good customer who could refer them and purchase other services. (I pay over $3000. per month in hosting and they have a hosting company too!) They completely blew me off. At this point if they gave me the software for free I would not take it. By the way. They have not refunded my money and they never installed the software properly on my server.
