Verbal Pet Jennifer Lutz dog trainer fraud scam unprofessional St Petersburg, Florida

Posting what you have done for other people does NOT make me feel better about the time and money you took from me. Your communication was AWFUL. I have records of calls, texts and emails - all which went unanswered for long periods of time. I was assured that services were rendered, which in fact were not. When I asked politely for a refund I was told it wasMY fault that you could not train my dog. Still not a happy client, STILL have not received ANY type of refund. Still feel ripped off.

When dealing with any behavioral issue it is imperative to not only understand your dog and their body language but also to continue with the training that is provided to you.  I have and will continue to go to great lengths to help any animal; however, once I have done my part it is up to the owner to do their part.  There is NO QUICK FIX on rehabilitating any animal.  The owner has to understand that the issues are still there; however, the owner is the one is charge and must show leadership.  If this is not done, then dogs, as pack animals, will take control of the situation to feel secure. Sadly, this occurs way too often without the owner ever realizing what is happening.  I am confident in my abilities as a behaviorist and as an animal lover to overcome many obstacles that I am faced with.  I have ben working with animals since I was 9 years old and running my business for the past 14 years....please read a few of my testimonials and allow that to speak volumes:

Thank you so very much, Jennifer for going out of your way, spending tons of time with us in teaching us about behavior and the dos and dont that are imperative to overcoming any behavioral problem, especially for Skippy and his anxiety. You definitely were correct in saying that we has humans create this issue in our furry friend.  I just thought this is something Im going to have to live with for the rest of our life together.  You have given us the proper tools to understand him and we follow through with everything you taught us in the exact same way. Jennifer Lutz is not only amazing to work with constant updates and photos but she also has a special gift to be able to correct behavioral problems.  My dog, Sunny, had separation anxiety.  I moved from 4 different homes because I did not know what to do. WOW.first let me start off by saying that anyone that has and issue regarding behavioral issues from aggression to anxiety to fear, Jennifer is the one to call. Because of our dogs unpredictable behavior it caused a fuss with our neighbors and my dog was labeled as a dangerous dog.  Manatee County wanted to put my dog to sleep but after pleading to do anything with the judge, he ordered me to seek out Ms. Lutz and provided me with her phone number for an evaluation and after we would complete as many training sessions as needed, he agreed to reconsider the verdict. We worked together and it sure was hard work yet Jennifer kept me motivated and positive during all of our training sessions together and to tell you the gods honest truth, some days I just wanted to give up. She was completely honest and told me, this is going to take a lot of time and dedication but we together can over come it.  She was rightshe never missed an appointment out of 23 weekly sessions, she never passed judgment on me or Kelley as a matter of fact she created a very close bond with him almost instinctively, but the best part of it all was, of course, going back to the judge with Jennifer at my side, at her own time, and just simply being there in the same room with her helped me overcome my worse fear. Jennifer Lutz is simply the best there is out there in my opinion, my vets, and obviously the judges. Thank you Jennifer for never letting us down and always making us feel like we were the most important people and dog in the worldbut above all I think it was the learning process that she taught us how to read his body language and react differently.

Jennifer, you have amazing talent! I sent my 8 month old dog, Bella, to you for your boot camp and her separation anxiety.  You were able to work miracles. I was unable to leave the house for any extended periods of time without Bella crying, scratching at the doors, and tearing things apart. Jennifer not only explained what was happening but also why and how separation anxiety occurs and then how to resolve it.  After understanding what was occurring and how I went wrong in raising my first puppy, I now have the proper tools and knowledge to have a well adjusted dog.  Bella is so much happier and so am I.  We are able to go out places and I have complete control over her at all times. We bought one of Jennifers trained puppies from her and have never been so impressed with our dog. When we flew down from Canada to pick him up; I honestly never in a million years would expect such a well trained, well mannered, sweet, intelligent, loving animal.  After our first purchase we bought our second one from her for my mother that was disabled and again, Jennifer just blew our mind.  Phoebe knew over 40 human commands and always did them with gentleness yet eagerness.  The most impressive part is when Jennifer arrive with Phoebe, Jennifer thought of yet another command or 4 that would be helpful to mom and you better believe that not only did she simply show Phoebe what to do only once or twice and that was it, she got it.  Mom is extremely happy, especially because having Phoebe it has not only brightened her day daily but it has also given her a reason to live.
Jennifer, we tell all of our friends about you but it is simply indescribable how special you truly are. Everyone that has come into our life or just encounter for a moment always comments on either Emma or Phoebe, of how smart, beautiful, and well trained they are.

Jennifer we have worked together for years and through 3 dogs and now our newest 8 week old.  I never knew that you could train an animal so young in such a short time but it makes perfect sense now, she taught us how to imprint, something that I have been doing for years.  It had been at least 10 years since I had a puppy and completely remembered why I started going with older dogs.  Jennifer, I do have to say, since we did the boarding school program with you, I will never hesitate to get a puppy again.  I still cannot believe you taught our little Lili over 30 commands and worked through all the puppy issues in addition to creating a well sound minded pup. I didnt think that my dog would be able to overcome his fear of shadows and fast moving objects.  We sent our dog to Jennifer for boarding school training and he came back a completely new dog.  Not only are his fears gone but he listens to every command given and then waits eagerly for the next one.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JENNIFER, SHE IS SIMPLY INCREDIBLE!
