Verifications, Inc. Horrible customer service. You'll hear "there was probably a computer glitch" a million time. Slow. Huge mistakes. Understaffed. No follow through. Extremely inconsistent. Minneapolis, Minnesota

My company finally dropped Verifications, Inc. after countless headaches.  Verifications, Inc. has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.  No one seems to know what's going on and each time there is a mistake - which is daily - their easy answer is "there must have been a computer glitch".  It got old very fast.

The turnaround time on background studies are no where near within the timeframe they quote.  Some simple studies take upwards of a month or more to complete simply because they drop the ball and don't follow through.  Using them for background studies is like having a second job.  You must babysit them constantly and half the time do their job for them.

When asked about the reasoning for their terrible service (if not computer glitches) their own staff has said they are understaffed and overwhelmed with orders.  They have mandated overtime and still cannot keep up.  When your staff tells clients that - there is a serious problem. 

Verifications, Inc.'s lack of service had a serious business impact on us.  Many start dates have been delayed because Verifications, Inc. cannot get the background studies complete on time.  This impacts many:  managers, education/training administrators, HR, the department, etc.

We are very disappointed to have lost your business. Unfortunately, without knowing what company you represent and because of confidentiality issues, I cannot comment in this forum on the specifics of the situation.

I am very sorry we let you down and want to assure all existing and potential clients that we take these comments very seriously. I am very proud of our people and their dedication to serving each client to the very best of their abilities. However, like any company, I know that we occasionally have service problems and at times disappoint.
