Verizon/ Direct tv Bait & switch scam, Deceptive & Fraudulent businee practices. Internet

Verizon offered a bundle package of tv, internet and home phone for $99.00 a month with no contract. I signed and got Direct tv. The service seemed fine only, as promised by Verizon that no contract would be issued, I was entered into a contract with Direct tv.  They didn't even offer HD programing on a plasma tv. told me to upgrade for an additional $100.00. Furious i cancelled service and was told not only did I sign a contract, which I DIDN"T, The whole transaction took place online. The hit me with an early termination and have sent me to collections. They lure you in and then leave you to the wolves. It's not fair. Verizon claims to be everywhere, but how many are pleased or have not been swindled?
